The horror! The horror!²

Finally! Apocalypse Now - one of the greatest films of all time - remastered with all manner of extras (Marlon Brando reads the poetry of T.S. Eliot), PLUS the slightly longer Redux version to boot!

Two discs, one for each eyeball, no waiting.

Thank you, God!

It also looks suspiciously like a turd...

Jesus.

I mean: Mary.

I know this is old news, but I thought I'd relate a similar experience of religious fervor run amok (also known as a good ol' LSD flashback).

During a recent lunch break, I was minding my own affairs and unwrapping a bar of dark chocolate. Suddenly, I found myself hearing a relentless chorus of weird, droning voices. Somehow I was compelled to pick up a large bone and beat a co-worker to death.

Fortunately, there was no large bone handy, so instead I whiled away the next couple of hours playing online 8-Ball at Orbitz Games.

The end.
